个人简介


  利用现代光谱及分子探针技术,研究建立生物大分子高灵敏度的分析检测方法,为生命科学研究及重大疾病的早期诊断提供分子水平信息。研究领域主要包括:免疫及DNA分析中纳米粒子探针的高灵敏度检测;基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP)分析;基因表达分析;microRNA高灵敏度分析及其生物功能的研究。2005年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划;2007年获得教育部全国优秀教师称号; 2009年获得国家杰出青年科学基金的资助;2011年获得教育部“长江学者与创新团队发展计划”资助。在JACS, Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Anal. Chem., Chem. Commun. 等杂志发表研究论文40余篇。
