个人简介


       主要从事金属蛋白化学(metalloproteins chemistry)及酶工程(enzyme engineering)方面的研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、教育部留学回国人员启动基金1项、陕西省自然科学基金项目1项;获得中国发明专利3项;获得陕西省科技进步三等奖1项、陕西省高等学校科技进步奖一等奖1项;参与编写“无机化学”相关教材2部。
      目前的研究工作主要集中在: (1)基于氨基酸定位突变及溶剂工程的血红素过氧化物酶的催化活性设计; (2)氯过氧化物酶(CPO) 的活性中心结构及其在不对称环氧化、羟基化反应中对底物的手性识别机理; (3)CPO生物反应器的制备及其在手性中间体的合成和环境毒物降解中的应用。
